Lisa Hu Barquist

Lisa Hu Barquist represents corporate and individual clients in litigation, business transactions and contracts, and real estate. An experienced trial lawyer, she has been practicing law since 1989. She has represented U.S. and Chinese clients in complex commercial transactional and litigation matters, and was formerly a Federal prosecutor. Born in Taiwan, Lisa is fluent in spoken mandarin Chinese.  She is active in Miami Dade’s Asian Community and serves as Vice Chair of the Miami Dade County Asian Advisory Board, Director and Officer of the Florida China Chamber of Commerce, and member of the Taiwan Business Association.
